We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Timeframes

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.95 for all U.S. orders

  • Free shipping: On orders over $50 with code FREESHIP50

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping (depending on location)

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

💛 Your Satisfaction Matters
We want you to love your self-care kit! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what to do:

✅ Returns: We accept unused, unopened kits within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Exchanges: If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.
✅ Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of self-care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
