My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
When will my PREORDER ship?
Preordered items are made & packed with care. Shipping date for preorder items will be specified on the item page and the checkout page. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way!
Will my kit look exactly like the product photo?
Our self-care kits are prepared with care, and while the contents remain the same, packaging may vary slightly from what is shown in the product images. We ensure every kit is thoughtfully curated with the same attention to detail.
